ERMCO is building a 566,121-square-foot distribution transformer plant, including 4,070 square feet of office, at 15784 West Hatcher Road in Waddell. The investment will create more than 500 jobs in engineering, skilled trades and operational support. The facility is expected to be operational in 2027, with foundational work beginning in 2026. It is the first time ERMCO has expanded manufacturing west of the Mississippi River.
