KTAR reports a 3.84-acre retail center anchored by a Terrible's convenience store and gas station is planned for the southeast corner of Bella Vista Road and Gantzel Road, with space for more restaurants and retailers. Developer Walt Brown Jr. called the location one with excellent visibility and access in a rapidly expanding trade area. Diversified Partners has not announced a groundbreaking or opening date.
