The county will continue processing plans submitted before November 1 until completion. Its transition alert directs new applicants to the San Tan Valley Citizen Access Portal and says applications sent to the county on or after November 1 will not be accepted. This is a reminder ahead of the announced change; the county published its notice October 1.
