New San Tan Valley building permits move to the town November 1

Pinal County says new building-plan review, permitting and inspection services for addresses inside the incorporated Town of San Tan Valley move to the town on November 1, 2026. The county will continue processing plans submitted before November 1 until completion. Its transition alert directs new applicants to the San Tan Valley Citizen Access Portal and says applications sent to the county on or after November 1 will not be accepted. This is a reminder ahead of the announced change; the county published its notice October 1.
