Denu Hotel & Spa opens Sept. 16, 2026 in a 17-story tower at 1 East Adams Street. Hoodline describes it as downtown Phoenix's first luxury hotel with a full-service spa. The building holds 236 rooms, including 15 guest suites and one signature penthouse.
