Phoenix Pride’s 2026 festival runs Sunday, Oct. 11, from noon to 10 p.m. at Arizona Center. The parade starts at 10 a.m. and travels south on 3rd Street from Portland to Taylor. A free registration ticket covers the exhibitor marketplace, community-stage viewing area and food-court access. The listed $20 general-admission ticket adds the main stage and beverage garden. Cowboy Seafood’s own website announces an October 9, 2026 opening at 3112 N. Central Avenue in Phoenix. The Common Ground Culinary concept combines its Saltwater Saint raw bar with the Misfit BBQ Smoke Yard. The operator lists daily lunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and happy hour from 3 to 6 p.m., with dinner following lunch. This confirms the announced opening plan; we have not independently observed service. Check with the restaurant before visiting.
