Pederson Group is proposing a 34-acre shopping and employment development within The BLVD in Avondale, according to separate reports from AZBEX and the Phoenix Business Journal. The plans include an unnamed grocery anchor of about 99,000 square feet and roughly 118,000 square feet of industrial space. The proposal is working through the city’s approval process.
