Carmen, a coastal Mexican concept from restaurateur Julian Wright, is coming to 640 S. Mill Ave., the former Anoche Cantina space. Inspired by Playa del Carmen, it will bring agave-forward cocktails, two patios and two outdoor bars to Mill Avenue.
