Scottsdale Quarter's fall concert series kicks off Saturday, Sept. 26, and runs every Saturday through Nov. 7, 5 to 7 p.m., with local bands playing under the palms in The Quad, Scottsdale.com reports. It is free; bring blankets and chairs and claim a spot on the lawn. Marketing director Christina Calhoun says the series gives people another reason to linger on a Saturday evening once the weather cools.
