A 62,000 sq ft brewery project is planned on Muniz Street

The Queen Creek Tribune reports The Perch, a 62,000-square-foot project on Muniz Street, will include a brewery plus retail and restaurant space and is expected to open by the end of 2026. It is one piece of roughly $200 million in private investment reshaping the downtown core, alongside the Switchyard, a 20,000-square-foot office project at Ellsworth Loop and Ocotillo, and an 8,500-square-foot plaza in the former Magma Engineering building.
