Queen Creek's biggest outdoor market returns for its ninth season. The Visit Queen Creek calendar lists a special Queen Creek Family Market event on Saturday, Oct. 10, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Ellsworth Loop at Aldecoa Drive, with a second October date on the 24th. Admission and parking are free. The market has run since 2017 and says it now brings more than 100 local vendors two days a month: bakers, boutiques, home decor, apparel, crafts and a rotating food truck lineup, plus face painting for the kids. It is pet friendly. From November the season moves to Schnepf Farms, starting with a Thanksgiving turkey and pie raffle on Nov. 14.
