Development watch
Track restaurant openings at Union Street in the Norterra area of north Phoenix, beginning with the Firebirds location on Happy Valley Road.
Norterra is a wider area with multiple shopping and dining destinations. Use the individual business address rather than assuming every Norterra announcement is in the same development. Phoenix Commercial Advisors' August 2026 transaction report identifies Firebirds, Shake Shack, First Watch, CAVA and Tropical Smoothie Cafe as tenants. Leasing is not proof that each is serving. Our Firebirds profile uses its separate operator page to confirm service at 2250 W. Happy Valley Road.
Our tracked locations, not a complete tenant directory.
Firebirds lists its Phoenix Norterra location with hours, a menu and reservations. The Happy Valley Road restaurant is open for business.
