Development watch
The mixed-use Pointe17 development sits near I-17 and Dove Valley Road in north Phoenix. Restaurant announcements here need to be checked one tenant at a time.
Thompson Thrift's May 2026 development update described a mix of tenants already open and others coming soon. That combined wording is not confirmation of service at every business. Our Luna Grill profile uses a separate operator announcement for the Dove Valley location.
Our tracked locations, not a complete tenant directory.
Luna Grill’s company announcement says its Dove Valley kitchen has opened. This is the Pointe17 location on West Dove Valley Road.
