KTAR reports Barclay Group is building Vistancia Commerce Park, 239,700 square feet across four buildings ranging from 9,400 to 54,000 square feet, at the southeast corner of Westward Skies Drive and Desert Cactus Lane in Peoria's Five North at Vistancia near Loop 303. The October 2025 announcement put construction start at mid-2026 and completion at mid-2027.
