The Downtown Mesa Sunset Market returns to Main and Macdonald on Friday, Oct. 9 from 5 to 9 p.m. It runs the second Friday of the month with local vendors selling fresh groceries, hot food and artisan goods, plus live music and demonstrations at every market. Cooler evenings make the October date the first genuinely comfortable one of the season.
