InMaricopa reports Golden Lotus Confections is a self-serve bakery cart on Sierra Strawder's front porch in Rancho El Dorado, open daily 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Payment runs on the honor system through Zelle, Cash App, Venmo or a cash box, with a Ring doorbell for help. Every Sunday she posts Flight Club, a new weekly flavor theme. Strawder is licensed through Arizona's cottage program and launched the cart in May.
