Maricopa County WIC and ASU host the Spooktacular Fall Festival on Saturday, Sept. 26 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the ASU West Valley campus, 4701 W. Thunderbird Road. The listing is free and open to all, with fall games and crafts, kid-friendly trick-or-treating with costumes encouraged, a DJ, and free books from Kids Need To Read. Activities are mostly indoors with shaded outdoor areas.
