LODGING reports NCG Hospitality broke ground on Moxy Glendale, a five-story, 153-room hotel that joins the company's existing three-property Glendale campus. It is slated to open in summer 2027. The design takes cues from the Sonoran Desert and saguaro blossoms, with private cabana suites and a resort-style pool with a walk-up bar.
