Lomos Cocina de Mexico opened inside Padeland, the padel and pickleball club at 1 W. Chandler Blvd., per Copper Courier's Sept. 10 roundup of August openings. The menu it lists includes salmon al limon, chile relleno, pork belly guacamole, shrimp tostadas and ribeye steak tacos. Cien Agaves also opened a Chandler location at 900 N. 54th St. the same month.
