Chicha San Chen is open at 3305 W. Chandler Blvd., serving oolong and bubble teas with the base, flavor, toppings and sugar level all up to you. No food, just tea. Its green tea with passion fruit blend has taken the Diamond Taste Award from the Brussels-based International Taste Institute seven years running. Owners Philip and Rosa Chang praised the brand's consistency “from store to store.”

Ocatilla: Frank Lloyd Wright's Lost Desert Masterpiece opens Tuesday, Oct. 27, at the Chandler Museum, 300 S. Chandler Village Drive, and runs through February 2027. Admission is free. In 1929 Wright built a desert camp he named Ocatilla while chasing inspiration for a resort Dr. A.J. Chandler had spent a decade envisioning; the exhibit brings together architectural drawings, historic photographs, archival film and a full-scale mockup of an Ocatilla cabin you can step into. The museum is open Tuesday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday 1 to 5 p.m., closed Mondays.
Ballet Arizona dances free at Tumbleweed Park, 2250 S. McQueen Road, on Friday, Oct. 2. Food trucks, activities and community tables open at 5 p.m. and the performance starts at 7 p.m., just east of the playground. Bring a blanket or lawn chair. No ticket is required, though the city asks for an RSVP.

Chandler Center for the Arts reopens Oct. 17 with its annual gala after a $3 million summer renovation, AZFamily reports. Upgrades include all-new theater seating, updated interior finishes, stage and rigging improvements and new flooring. A free open house on Saturday, Oct. 24, 3 to 6 p.m., lets anyone see the changes up close.
