Walmart buys about 80 acres across two Buckeye sites

InBuckeye reports Walmart picked up roughly 80 acres in Buckeye across two sites about five miles apart, about 39 acres near State Route 85 and Southern Avenue and about 40 acres near the southeast corner of Apache and Maricopa roads, for $21.4 million combined. Walmart has not announced what it plans to develop on the land.
